Extension of the cooperation in Facility Management."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ATLANTIS Engineering is excited to announce the expansion of the cooperation with Elite Facility Management Company (EFMC) (elitefmc.com) in Bahrain. After the initial application of the Computerized Maintenance &amp; Asset Management System, AIMMS for the needs of \u0391braj al Lulu Tower (Pearl Towers), EFMC adds a wide range of new buildings and facilities of demanding infrastructure, just a proof of the high potential of AIMMS.<\/p>\n<p>The new facilities were embedded in AIMMS, include:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>GOSI MALL<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The Gosi Complex \u201cGOSI\u201d with a total gross area of 14,453 m2, was commissioned in 1996, in the capital of Bahrein. GOSI consists of a 7,657m2 common and service area, basement parking of 6,011m2, ground floor, and external parking with 182 parking spaces of 5,906m2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/gosi.png\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-4027 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/gosi-1024x819.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"698\" height=\"558\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>SIO1<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The SIO1 building, located in the Diplomatic area of Bahrein, was established in 1984. SIO1 consisted of 13 floors used as office spaces with a built-up area each floor approximately 421m2, basement parking area, and external parking of 700m2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b12.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4029\" src=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b12-1024x525.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"722\" height=\"370\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><strong>SIO2<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The SIO2 building, established in 1994, is located at the Diplomatic area too. It is a ten-floor building, which houses workplaces and has an additional underground parking space.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b13.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4031\" src=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b13-1024x535.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"727\" height=\"380\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>BURJ ALSAYA<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Burj Al Saya, constructed in Busaiteen, is located on Muharraq Island, in northern Bahrain. It is a twin tower residential development of 3,280.3 m\u00b2, featuring 128 fully furnished apartments with two designated parking floors and a ground floor offering numerous retail units comprising of various commercial services.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b14.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-4033\" src=\"http:\/\/atlantis-engineering.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/\u0395\u03b9\u03ba\u03cc\u03bd\u03b14.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"741\" height=\"354\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4><strong>SIXTY &#8211; SIX RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS BUILDING<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The \u201cSixty-Six\u201d is an innovative high-end building, which was commissioned in 2018. It consists of ground and 1st floor parking area and 2nd to 6th floor residential flats.
