Each year, we select a unique venue to deepen our connection with the city we call home. This year’s strategy meeting focused on three key themes:<\/p>

  1. Integration of AI into the company\u2019s products<\/strong> \u2013 Exploring ways to enhance offerings with artificial intelligence for increased efficiency and competitiveness.<\/li>
  2. Commercial expansion into new target countries<\/strong> \u2013 Identifying and penetrating new international markets to drive business growth.<\/li>
  3. Improvement of organisational structures<\/strong> \u2013 Streamlining internal processes to enhance coordination and operational efficiency.<\/li><\/ol>

    All employees and partners had the opportunity to express their views, ask questions, and actively participate in shaping the company\u2019s strategic direction. Department heads presented their vision, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team alignment and readiness to tackle the challenges of the coming year.<\/p>

    A Walk-Through Time: Learning from the Past to Build the Future<\/strong><\/h2>

    Following our strategic sessions, we explored the Society for Macedonian Studies Library, where we uncovered fascinating insights into Thessaloniki\u2019s intellectual history. Next, we visited the adjacent historical theatre, where we admired its architecture and an art exhibition featuring 1990s Greek artists.<\/p>
