Task J&P, group member of J&P AVAX, specialized in facilities’ management and buildings’ technical management & maintenance, chose ATLANTIS Engineering as a partner in a public-private partnership project under the title “Design, Financing, Construction, and Facility Management of 10 School Buildings in the Attica Region via PPP”, announced by School Buildings Organization S.A. (OSK). Using AIMMS, the CMMS application by ATLANTIS Engineering, Task J&P ensures the continuous and appropriate supervision of both preventive and reactive maintenance for all School buildings of the project for a 25-years period.
