Globe Williams chooses Atlantis Engineering’s CAFM for Maintenance Management

Globe Williams International has chosen Atlantis CAFM to manage maintenance operations across the client facilities it oversees internationally, supporting the digital transformation of Facility Management.

About Globe Williams

Globe Williams International is one of the largest Total Facility Management companies in the world. Founded in Melbourne in 2000 by Peter Souvatzis, it now operates in 40 countries with over 28,000 employees. Its operations extend across Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa.

It provides more than 350 services, including 3 core service categories:

  • Hard Facility Management (technical maintenance, quality systems management)
  • Soft Facility Management (cleaning, security, recycling)
  • Corporate Support Services (HR, staff support)

Why Globe Williams chose Atlantis CAFM

When teams operate across dozens of countries, the maintenance system has to keep up with their pace. It must be simple, fast, and reliable. Information needs to reach both field technicians and management at the right moment.

Globe Williams chose Atlantis CAFM because it helps:

  1. Unify teams across multiple countries
It provides a unified working environment for maintenance teams across international operations.
  2. Support technicians in the field
Online and offline functionality helps teams continue working in every situation.
  3. Adapt to different operational needs
The system adapts to the specific operational requirements of each Globe Williams client, regardless of size.
  4. Improve maintenance visibility and decision making
Automated data analysis and targeted insights help teams operate faster and more efficiently on a global scale.

Peter Souvatzis, Group CEO of GWI, commented on the partnership:

“Our decision to select Atlantis Engineering followed an extensive evaluation by GWI’s support teams and a thorough review of several leading competitors. A key factor in our decision was the clear commitment demonstrated by Atlantis’s management team to connect all GWI countries in a consistent and efficient manner, while meeting a highly demanding implementation timeline.”

How Atlantis CAFM will be used

The implementation focuses on four core areas:

  • Contract management and customer SLAs

Monitoring contracts while improving transparency in client communication and increasing the speed of service delivery across Globe Williams operations.

  • Work order management

Creating and assigning jobs with clear steps, full traceability, and tracking of time, spare parts, and costs.

  • Preventive maintenance

Automated schedules based on time, operating cycles, or hours of use, with timely alerts.

  • Reports

Reports that help teams act faster at every site.

Next steps

The Atlantis Engineering team will work closely with the Globe Williams team to tailor the workflows to the needs of the organisation. The system will be rolled out gradually, starting from specific facilities and expanding in stages across the entire Globe Williams network. The objective is to improve efficiency and consolidate information across all levels of operation.

We welcome Globe Williams to the Atlantis Engineering client network and look forward to this shared journey of digital transformation in maintenance.
