At Atlantis Engineering, we don’t just anticipate the future of IIoT-driven maintenance solutions—we shape it. Our 19th Strategy Meeting, held at the historic Society for Macedonian Studies. It was a milestone in our journey toward advancing CMMS technology, enhancing predictive maintenance, and strengthening our global network.
A Historic Setting for Future-Focused Discussions
Each year, we select a unique venue to deepen our connection with the city we call home. This time, the Society for Macedonian Studies provided the perfect space—steeped in history yet inspiring forward-thinking discussions.
With the White Tower as our backdrop, we connected via video conferencing with our international partners. Our goal is to reinforce our commitment to expanding IIoT-driven maintenance solutions worldwide.
Team Collaboration: Vision, Strategy, and Innovation
This year’s strategy meeting focused on three key themes:
- Integration of AI into the company’s products – Exploring ways to enhance offerings with artificial intelligence for increased efficiency and competitiveness.
- Commercial expansion into new target countries – Identifying and penetrating new international markets to drive business growth.
- Improvement of organisational structures – Streamlining internal processes to enhance coordination and operational efficiency.
All employees and partners had the opportunity to express their views, ask questions, and actively participate in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Department heads presented their vision, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team alignment and readiness to tackle the challenges of the coming year.
A Walk-Through Time: Learning from the Past to Build the Future
Following our strategic sessions, we explored the Society for Macedonian Studies Library, where we uncovered fascinating insights into Thessaloniki’s intellectual history. Next, we visited the adjacent historical theatre, where we admired its architecture and an art exhibition featuring 1990s Greek artists.
Golden Hour, Tradition, and a Look Ahead
As the sun dipped below the horizon, we gathered to cut the Vasilopita—a cherished tradition symbolizing luck and prosperity for the year ahead. The moment reflected our excitement for the future and the strong bonds that drive our success.
We wrapped up the day with a dinner at Diagonios, sharing laughs, reflections, and renewed motivation for the year ahead.
